I can’t drink it if it’s cold and there’s no way to turn it down. The fridge in my room was broken, kept freezing my water and Gatorade. No sign to let you know when it closes so I stood there for 20 plus minutes.

I went to the concierge desk at 8, they closed at 7. I called the front desk 10 times at the hotel between my phone and the room phone, no one ever answered. The Jose Garcia restaurant was excellent. Ate at the restaurant that overlooks the pool. How bad of shape is the building in that this happened? No other hotel had this type of damage from the storm. The pool and pool area were my wife’s favorite part of the hotel. If we knew this at check-in, we would have stayed somewhere else. Pool was closed all Sunday and all Monday when we checked out. Pool is closed, there was a storm that weekend that knocked a window down into the pool area. The call back was a message that wasn’t helpful. 30 plus minutes on hold with no one answering. There are 2 options: wait on hold or have someone call back. I called multiple times to see if I could start the check-in process. When it re-opened as the Ocean Resort I booked us a room as a surprise for our first anniversary. The Revel was my wife’s favorite casino to stay in, I liked it but didn’t love it.
