Ushers are not always at the entrance of the stairs checking tickets and those bathrooms almost never have a line. If bathroom lines are long try going up to the luxury box area. During some concerts, lines are extremely long to get wanded and get in. Drink and eat before you go (another reason for Uber or party bus) - If you can't get there early consider paying for VIP entrance. If you must park there, leave during the encore. They are allowed to go in and out of a different gate that is less crowded. If you must go, here are my tips: -Take an Uber or party bus (if in a large group). But everything you read in other reviews is 100% accurate: horrible parking (it's actually a huge safety issue), WAY overpriced drinks, HUGE lines for the bathrooms, way too many seats crammed between aisles.
I haven't been back here in 2 years but decided to grin and bear it to see Pink. Unless you leave before the concert is over you will wait 45 min - 1 hour to get out of the parking lot. There are 5 parking gates but everyone must leave through one 2 lane exit. For the life of me I can't understand how this place (and the Village of Tinley Park) can't figure out how to get people out of here at the end of a concert. The problem is that most decent concerts in the Chicago area seem to end up here. Despite only living 20 minutes from HCA I avoid concerts here at all costs.
